Tuna salad per Coach's recipe
1 apple
PM Snack - 4:15pm - forgot to grab what I was supposed to have
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup frozen berries
Dinner - 7:45pm
1 turkey burger with red and green peppers
1 cup steamed veggies - zucchini, mushrooms, carrots
1/2 cup fresh red cabbage
Water intake - 3L+
